I never received item and after messaging the shop, never received a response or refund. Ships from overseas but may never be handed to the US post office. Please provide a refund.

The plastic for 2 of the 4 kits that I ordered arrived damaged and the seller has ignored my multiple requests to replace. I even sent photos of the damage.
